At Secure Mojo, we are building a consumer cybersecurity brand focused on helping individuals, founders, and professionals stay protected in the digital world. We are looking for an organized and people-focused HR Operations Associate to join our growing team.

What Youll Do

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee documentation
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
• Coordinate recruitment schedules, interviews, and candidate communication
• Assist in payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies
• Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
• Work closely with leadership on operational and people initiatives
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration and workflow management

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles
• Good understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Familiarity with HR tools, Google Workspace, Excel, or HRMS platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus If You Have

• Experience working with startups
• Basic knowledge of compliance, payroll, or recruitment operations
