Role Overview:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. As a startup, this role requires someone who is comfortable building HR processes and documentation, while handling employee relations, compliance, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations
• Ensure HR compliance with company policies and regulations
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Create and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation
• Support onboarding and overall HR operations

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance
