HR, Facility & Admin Executive Vadodara (On-site, Full-time) | 12 years experience

We're smoothmix - a fast-growing herbal blend brand based in Baroda. We're looking for someone reliable, organized, and hands-on to manage HR, facility, and admin operations as we scale.

What You'll Do

HR & Employee Coordination

• Coordinate hiring, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR trackers
• Support internal communication and workplace discipline

Facility & Workplace Management

• Keep office and factory spaces clean, stocked, and operational
• Manage housekeeping, pantry, stationery, maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Ensure the workplace is ready for employees, visitors, and daily operations

Admin & Documentation

• Create invoices, maintain records, and support documentation across teams
• Track office expenses, subscriptions, bills, and recurring operational needs
• Maintain organized files, trackers, SOPs, and admin workflows

Cross-Functional Support

• Support operations, accounts, or production teams during high-workload periods
• Assist with coordination, follow-ups, and internal project execution
• Take ownership of delegated responsibilities as the business evolves

Systems & Process Hygiene

• Maintain checklists, process discipline, and operational trackers
• Help implement new tools and workflows as the company scales
• Spot inefficiencies and proactively suggest better ways of working

What We're Looking For

• 12 years of experience in HR, admin, or operations
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
• Strong follow-through, organized, and calm under pressure
• Honest, discreet, and dependable
• Based in or willing to relocate to Baroda
