HR Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join us on a 6-month contract (extendable). This role offers exposure across multiple HR functions including recruitment, engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Employee Engagement: Support and execute engagement initiatives, activities, and events
• HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR processes, documentation, and coordination
• Admin Activities: Handle administrative tasks related to HR and office operations
• Special Projects: Work on HR initiatives and projects as assigned

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum 6 months experience in sourcing and screening profiles (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
