This is a full-time on-site role in Howrah for an HR Compliance Executive. The role involves managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting HR operations and management. The HR Compliance Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization adheres to legal standards and organizational requirements.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in handling HR compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred
