Job Description
JD- Human Resources
Payroll
- Assist in Payroll Management
- Assist in Compliance Management
- Assist in Payroll Audit and Pan India Payroll Compliance.
- Assist in HR Audit.
Operations
Record Management
- Maintain New employee files.
- Prepare and record Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters, Probation Review, Confirmation Letters, any other letter related to the employee.
Attendance Management
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of leave and work attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy.
- End to end responsible for managing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Leaves, Variable inputs) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance.
- Identity cum Access Card management.
Medical Insurance
- Handle Complete end to end Medical Insurance for PAN India Employees and Group
Companies
Other Activities
- To assist in all HR Projects as and when they come.
- Assist in Employee Engagement activities.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Requirements and specific skills:
- Fresher
- Graduate
- Highly proficient in Excel.
