Home Science Teacher

Sri Sharada International School is seeking a dedicated Home Science Teacher who can provide practical and theory-based learning aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should be able to teach life skills, nutrition, and home management concepts in an engaging and application-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Home Science subjects as per CBSE curriculum
• Conduct practical sessions on nutrition, health, and home management
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
• Guide students in developing life skills and awareness
• Maintain lab/workspace and ensure safety during practicals

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Home Science
• B.Ed preferred

Experience

• 1 to 3 years teaching experience preferred

Skills Required

• Strong subject knowledge in Home Science
• Ability to conduct practical and interactive sessions
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Student engagement and mentoring
