Joy-n-Crew is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Holiday Specialist Sales to join our growing team.

We are seeking a candidate with strong destination knowledge, hands-on experience in holiday package sales, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end holiday sales inquiries

Design and sell domestic & international holiday packages

Provide expert guidance based on destination knowledge and customer preferences

Prepare itineraries, costing, quotations, and package proposals

Build strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution

Candidate Profile:

25 years of relevant experience in travel sales / holiday sales

Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored travel solutions

A proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused approach

Immediate joiners will be preferred
