We're Hiring: Holiday Sales Consultant Joy N Crew Vacations

Location: Thane - Mumbai (Candidates residing along the Central Line only)

Company: Joy N Crew Vacations

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound holiday sales inquiries.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Operations, Visa, and Ticketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide timely follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• 15 years of experience in holiday package sales (Domestic/International), with mandatory experience in direct sales and field sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of destinations and itinerary-planning skills.
• Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
• Experience in CRM and travel booking systems will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) for field visits.
• Must reside along the Central Line (Mumbai) for ease of commute.
