We are hiring for the Web Publishing Analyst position.

Shift details: Willing to work in UK/ US rotational shifts

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Experience: 4+ years in SFMC

Functional Responsibilities:

• Publish content to our public-facing websites working in multiple content management systems, including Adobe Experience Manger (AEM)(Preferred) and Sitecore
• Create page, site and mobile experiences using a pre-defined component library that will evolve over time
• Receive, prioritize, and fulfill web content requests through Workfront, our browser-based workflow management tool
• Communicate frequently with internal clients from across lines of business and support areas to create desired web experiences and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Develop expertise in the user interfaces of all our web publishing systems, the different environments of each, what work is done in which environments, and how they interact
• Ensure all published content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Validate content accuracy, functionality, and cross-browser/device compatibility before production deployment
• Work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple requests simultaneously that may be in different stages of workflow
• Articulate to non-technical clients what our CMS does, and does not support, and provide suitable alternatives for non-CMS-supported requests
• Partner with the Web Production Support team as the Web Publishing Teams initial point of contact for troubleshooting contribution issues, communicating outages and elevating larger production issues

Experience:

• Familiarity with multiple CMSs (AEM preferred)
• Experience with workflow management tools (Workfront or similar project management platforms)

• Exceptionally good interpersonal and communication skills including ability to communicate complex information and analysis in written and visual forms
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to work in an agile team
• Critical thinking to ask questions, determine best course and offer solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment
• Demonstrated and dynamic analytical/problem solving skills.

Special skills or Certifications:

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Base knowledge of digital marketing concepts
