Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and finalize HEOR deliverables including global value dossiers, value briefs, scientific abstracts, congress posters, manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, presentations, reports, and infographics.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scientific credibility across all HEOR documents and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Market Access, R&D, Commercial teams) to align value communication and scientific narratives.
  • Coordinate and track global HEOR projects, maintaining project plans, dashboards, trackers, timelines, and milestones.
  • Support leadership reporting through project summaries, meeting minutes, status updates, and documentation.
  • Apply strong editing and publishing standards to enhance clarity, flow, and structure of HEOR content.
  • Support preparation and review of visual materials (graphs, tables, layouts, infographics) for clear data representation.
  • Ensure compliance with scientific publishing and congress submission guidelines.
  • Provide input to peer-review responses, editorial revisions, and quality control checks.
  • (Preferred) Demonstrate familiarity with budget impact models and basic health-economic calculations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong command of scientific writing, editing, and HEOR documentation standards.
  • Hands-on experience with manuscripts, journals, abstracts, posters, and value dossiers.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and data communication for scientific audiences.
  • Understanding of HEOR concepts, health outcomes, epidemiology, evidence generation, and market access.
  • Experience using publishing and documentation tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel; reference-management tools like EndNote, Mendeley preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to handle deadlines, and commitment to quality-focused content delivery.

Education: Master's degree or higher in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacoeconomics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
