Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on analyses using large-scale secondary data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, registries)
• Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for RWD studies
• Perform data cleaning, data transformation, and build statistical models using appropriate tools
• Interpret study findings and prepare scientifically sound deliverables aligned with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to timelines while managing data-related deliverables across multiple projects
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders including internal teams and external clients
• Stay updated on evolving methodological standards, HEOR frameworks, and analytical techniques
• Contribute subject matter expertise to shape HEOR data and analytics strategy

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in R Programming, Python, SAS
• Strong expertise in Data Analytics and Statistical Modeling
• Experience with RWD (Real World Data), EHR, claims or registry datasets
• Strong command of Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ggplot2)
• Ability to perform data cleaning, transformation, and analytical automation

Domain & Functional Skills:

• Deep understanding of HEOR methodologies and RWE study designs
• Ability to develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs)
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, clinical outcomes, and regulatory expectations

Education: Master's degree or higher in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Public Health, Data Science, or related field.
