We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer specializing in maintenance and construction to join our team in Jordan. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC system installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for construction-related mechanical works.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, VRF/VRV systems, exhaust & fresh air systems).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective repairs.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Conduct regular inspections, safety checks, and performance tests.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history records.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform rapid troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and/or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (MEP, HVAC layouts).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
