Job Overview

Vorro is looking for a strong Healthcare Interface Support Engineer who can help manage end-to-end data integration solutions using HL7, CCDA, and API/FHIR-based transactions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with healthcare integration engines, healthcare data standards, and troubleshooting complex interface workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage robust healthcare integrations using healthcare integration engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or other proprietary tools.
• Handle end-to-end data integration solutions using HL7, CCDA, and API/FHIR-based transactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT professionals, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure effective healthcare data exchange.
• Perform data mapping between different healthcare standards and formats.
• Troubleshoot integration issues by analysing logs, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes.
• Work with SOAP/REST/API services including GET, POST, DELETE, PUT, and PATCH methods.
• Manage healthcare workflows related to Patient Demographics, Laboratory, Pharmacy, HIE, etc.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience in building robust integrations using healthcare integration engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, and other proprietary tools.
• Strong experience with HL7v2, CDA, and FHIR.
• Good understanding of healthcare workflows including Patient Demographics, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and HIE.
• Knowledge of different data formats such as Delimited, JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Proper understanding of SOAP/REST/API services including GET, POST, DELETE, PUT, and PATCH methods.
• Knowledge of protocols and standards such as HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, Socket, AS2, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience in healthcare data mapping between different healthcare standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills including issue identification, log analysis, and debugging.
