Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Quality to lead and elevate our interior finishing standards across all projects. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, deep technical knowledge of materials and finishes, and a passion for delivering flawless luxury interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership

• Define and implement quality benchmarks for all civil and interior finishing works across ultra-luxury projects
• Lead a team of quality engineers and site inspectors to ensure adherence to Ispravas premium standards
• Establish SOPs and quality control systems for material inspection, installation, and final handover

Material & Workmanship Oversight

• Approve and audit all incoming materials (wood, stone, metal, fabrics, etc.) for compliance with design and durability standards
• Ensure flawless execution of finishing works: paint, polish, veneer, joinery, tiling, soft furnishings, and lighting
• Conduct regular site inspections and snag audits to identify and rectify deviations

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to align quality expectations from concept to completion
• Evaluate and onboard finishing vendors and artisans based on quality performance
• Resolve on-site quality issues swiftly without compromising timelines or aesthetics

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed quality reports, checklists, and NCR logs
• Present quality dashboards and risk assessments to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action plans

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in quality control for high-end residential or hospitality interiors
• Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and installation techniques
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple sites
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
