Hiring: Head Projects | Water Supply Company EPC

We are an EPC company specializing in water supply infrastructure projects under JJM, AMRUT, ESCO, Smart Cities and other government schemes, is looking for a senior Civil Engineering professional to head and monitor its water supply EPC projects across India.

The position will be based at our Head Office, Jaipur, with periodic site visits and regular project review meetings. The role requires overall responsibility for planning, monitoring, coordination and control of multiple water supply EPC projects through MIS-based review systems and close coordination with respective Project Heads.

Role Overview

The selected candidate shall be responsible for overall leadership and control of ongoing water supply EPC projects across various states, starting from review of project scope, drawings, BOQ, planning and scheduling, followed by regular monitoring of execution progress, resource utilisation, billing, cost control, client coordination and timely resolution of project bottlenecks.

The role requires close coordination with Project Heads, site teams, consultants and government departments to ensure that all projects remain on track in terms of time, cost, quality, billing, recovery and contractual compliance.

Key Requirements -

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

15+ years of experience in water supply / infrastructure EPC projects

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or project monitoring role handling multiple projects in water supply projects

Strong understanding of water supply project components, technical specifications, drawings, BOQ and scope of work

Experience in tendering, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, material planning and resource utilisation

Proficiency in MIS reporting, project tracking tools, MS Project / Primavera and progress review systems

Hands-on knowledge of site execution, progress monitoring, quality control and material utilisation

Experience in RA billing, extra items, variation claims, client certification, recovery follow-up and cost control

Experience in dealing with government departments such as PHED, Jal Nigam, ULBs, Smart City authorities and other project authorities

Proven ability to coordinate with multiple Project Heads, identify delays/bottlenecks and drive timely corrective action

Strong leadership, analytical, communication and review-meeting skills
