As our Head of Structural Engineering, you will be the bridge between visionary design and industrialized reality. You will lead the transition from traditional, fragmented construction to a seamless, high-tech Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) ecosystem.
Partnering with elite institutions like IIT Madras, you will validate next-generation modular solutions in PEB Steel and RCC, ensuring that our buildings are not just compliant with IS codes, but are benchmarks for global efficiency and sustainability.Why This Role?
- Lead Innovation: Move beyond "business as usual." You will spearhead our "Prefab Playbook," integrating LGSF, PEB, and RCC into a unified modular framework.
- Scale Influence: Your designs will directly enable "Minimum-Skill Manufacturing," allowing us to execute massive building scales with precision.
- Collaborative Power: Work at the intersection of BIM, Supply Chain, and R&D to solve the most complex challenges in construction tech.
- Legacy: Help us achieve 99% EPC-IC (Industrialized Construction) execution, leaving a positive footprint on humanity through sustainable, efficient housing and infrastructure.
- Visionary Design: Lead the design and analysis of PEB, LGSF, and RCC elements using STAAD Pro, ETABS, and BIM (ISO 19650), ensuring rigorous compliance with IS 800, IS 456, and IS 875.
- The DFMA Edge: Optimize every bolt and weld for factory production. You will implement PFMEA to catch risks before they ever reach the shop floor.
- Strategic Validation: Oversee the structural vetting process with IITM and other designated bodies, ensuring our engineering is bulletproof.
- Quality Architect: Establish the "Gold Standard" for QCfrom mill certificate reviews to shop welding procedures (AWS) and site erection sequences.
- Methodology Pioneer: Develop and iterate on our construction methodologies, embracing lean practices and cutting-edge automation.
- The Expert: You hold a Masters in Structural Engineering and have a proven track record in high-stakes PEB and modular projects.
- The Strategist: You understand that a design isn't finished until its easily assembled. You are a master of DFMA and Lean methodologies.
- The Communicator: You can translate complex structural data into clear insights for architects, procurement teams, and clients.
- The Change Agent: You are resourceful, thorough, and possess a "Team Spirit" that thrives on finding "outside-the-box" solutions.
- Software: STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM.
- Codes: Deep expertise in IS 800, 456, 875, 7215 and COBie standards.
- Principles: DFMA, PFMEA, Lean Construction, and Agile Project Management.
