Job description

MB Learning is seeking a senior education professional to spearhead institutional partnerships with schools and universities across India. This is a relationship-driven role, not a traditional sales position.

The ideal candidate has spent years in the education ecosystem as a Principal, Vice Principal, Career Counsellor, Academic Head, or in university leadership. You already have trusted relationships with school management, admission teams, and career counselling departments at reputed institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage existing professional network to connect MB Learning with premium schools and universities

Facilitate introductory meetings with school/university decision-makers

Onboard partner institutions onto MB Learnings programs

Coordinate ongoing program delivery and institutional relationships post-onboarding

Expand the partnership network across India

Desired candidate profile:

Former Principal, Vice Principal, Career Counsellor, Academic Dean, or equivalent

10+ years of experience in the education sector

Demonstrable connections with premium schools and/or universities

Based in a tier-1 Indian city with a strong local network

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

Self-driven and comfortable working independently
