Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead and oversee the companys overall marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, ATL/BTL activities, creative designing, SEO, campaign management, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through innovative marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Plan and manage ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities.
  • Oversee brand positioning, communication, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creative development including brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, and branding materials.
  • Monitor SEO performance, website traffic, lead generation, and campaign analytics.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
