Our client, a leading player in the banking sector, is seeking to hire a Technology Head - Corporate & Transaction Banking Platforms, to be based in Mumbai.

Role overview:

Senior technology leadership role responsible for end-to-end ownership of Corporate & Transaction Banking technology platforms, driving stability, modernization, and digital transformation across critical banking systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Own Corporate & Transaction Banking technology stack including Payments, CMS, Trade Finance, Corporate Channels, and API platforms
• Drive modernization initiatives including API-first architecture, automation, and platform scalability
• Ensure 24x7 availability, resilience, and performance of mission-critical systems
• Lead large-scale transformation programs and production stability initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance (RBI, AML, FEMA) and audit readiness
• Manage vendor ecosystem and large cross-functional technology teams

Ideal candidate:

• Engineering degree (mandatory), MBA preferred
• 18+ years in banking technology with strong Corporate/Transaction Banking exposure
• Experience in Payments (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/SWIFT), CMS, Trade Finance, API & integration platforms
• Strong understanding of production support, DR, and high-availability systems
• Proven leadership of large technology teams and stakeholder management
