Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end export sales strategy aligned with business growth targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets and distributor networks.
• Drive revenue growth through key account management and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (HACCP, BRC, USFDA, etc.).
• Collaborate with production, supply chain and Quality teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage pricing strategy, cost optimization and margin improvement for export markets.
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Oversee export documentation, logistics coordination and shipment planning.
• Build and lead a high-performance export sales team.
• Represent the company in international trade fairs, client meetings and business negotiations.
