About the Company

We are looking for a seasoned Head Design & Engineering to lead the design and engineering function for large-scale AI/Data Center infrastructure projects.

About the Role

This is a leadership role where you will drive end-to-end design strategy, ensuring concepts are translated into scalable, execution-ready engineering solutions across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering across Electrical, HVAC & Civil systems
• Drive detailed engineering for EPC execution
• Manage global consultants (AECOM, Jacobs, TCE, etc.)
• Ensure design standardization across sites
• Lead BIM / digital twin adoption
• Own design reviews, value engineering & compliance
• Ensure high availability design (N+1 / 2N redundancy)

Qualifications

• 1520 years in Data Center / Power / Infrastructure design

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in HV/MV systems, cooling & MEP integration
• Experience in large-scale / multi-site projects
• Proven leadership in engineering & design management

Preferred Skills

• Work on next-gen AI data center platforms
• Lead high-impact, large-scale infrastructure projects
• Be part of a fast-growing and strategic business
