Experience - 18+ years

1. Govern extensive infrastructure portfolios , ensuring rigorous financial discipline and transparent governance.
2. Shape and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business growth, capacity expansion, and sustainability priorities, while advising senior leadership on investments, risk management, and cost optimization.
3. Drive end-to-end execution of complex construction programsincluding Greenfield developments, Brownfield expansions, fit-outs, and refurbishmentsconsistently meeting scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
4. Lead the construction of IT campuses and commercial facilities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and allied services, ensuring seamless delivery from planning through commissioning.
5. Partner with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, while managing senior stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
6. Uphold strict compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards, embedding a strong safety culture supported by audits and corrective mechanisms.
7. Mentor and guide distributed teams across multiple locations, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
8. Provide strategic leadership in estimation, budgeting, procurement, contract management, and cost optimization, while standardizing infrastructure specifications, design guidelines, and delivery frameworks.
