The Head Admissions is responsible for strategically leading and managing the complete admissions process for Euro and Billabong schools, including team leadership, pipeline management, data analysis, event conceptualization, and daily collaboration with the Principal to drive admission targets

Roles & Responsibilitie

  Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrolm
• ent.Recruit, develop, train, and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors and ancillary st
• aff.Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, fee structures, and parent testimoni
• als.Design and deliver effective admission sales pitches and train counsellors on objection handling techniq
• ues.Collect and analyze daily admissions data including enquiry mode (walk-in, telephonic), follow-ups, and conversion ra
• tes.Maintain a daily-updated database of all enquir
• ies.Conduct PIN code-level geographic analysis and analyze reasons for non-interest (
• NI).Present daily reports to the Principal and develop improvement strategies collaborativ
• ely.Conceptualize and execute events to drive school footfalls and increase admissi
• ons.Provide daily accounts updates on admissions count, fee collected, discounts, and payment schedu
• les.Follow up with previous non-interest prospects for second-round counsell
• ing.Develop a well-designed counselling room, ideally as a model classr
• oom.Maintain adequate stock of admission stationery and promotional display materi
• als.Ensure smooth operations of the full admissions function and uphold school val

Qualifications & Experi

• ence:
  Any Graduate; MBA is pref
• erred.Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor in an education instit
• ution.Strong leadership, communication, and objection-handling abil
• ities.Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and drive admissions out
