As our partnerships with schools continue to grow, we are now looking for someone who can help ensure that this vision translates into high-quality classroom execution.

Head Academic Excellence & Program Implementation

Panchkula, Sector - 20 | Travel to Partner Schools | Full-time

Compensation: Up to 10 LPA (based on experience and fit)

Role Overview

The Head Academic Excellence & Program Implementation will lead the execution, monitoring and continuous improvement of Care Cubs CSL & STEAM curriculum across partner schools.

This role will ensure that our curriculum delivery remains aligned with:

NCERT learning concepts

NEP 2020 philosophy

STEAM framework

Experiential learning pedagogy

Blooms Taxonomy progression

21st-century skill development

You will act as the bridge between curriculum design, trainers and schools, ensuring meaningful learning outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Implementation

Lead deployment of the Care Cubs CSL curriculum across partner schools

Integrate program delivery with school timetables and academic calendars

Ensure strong NCERT concept linkage and project-based learning outcomes

Academic Quality Assurance

Conduct classroom audits and academic reviews

Monitor curriculum execution against learning objectives

Ensure Blooms taxonomy progression from Understand Apply Analyze Create

Trainer Development

Conduct trainer onboarding and monthly refresher training

Mentor facilitators on:

• Experiential learning
• Classroom engagement
• Project facilitation
• STEAM pedagogy

School Academic Coordination

Work closely with school principals and academic coordinators

Ensure smooth integration of CSL sessions within the school ecosystem

Curriculum Improvement

Analyze feedback from students, trainers and schools

Continuously refine modules and learning outcomes

Introduce emerging technologies into the curriculum

Academic Framework Expertise

Strong understanding of:

NEP 2020

NCF

STEAM education

Experiential learning

Blooms Taxonomy

VARK learning styles

Project-based learning

What Were Looking For

812 years of experience in education / EdTech

Experience in STEAM / Robotics / Skill education programs

Strong trainer mentoring & academic leadership skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to manage multiple schools and trainer teams simultaneously

Willingness to travel regularly to partner schools

Preferred qualification:

Masters degree in Education / STEM / Engineering / Educational Technology
