Job Description
Area(s) of responsibility
Translate business requirements into technical design
- Partner with HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards)
- Convert ambiguous requirements into structured reporting logic and data models
- Create comprehensive testing scenarios
Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Create data models and build templates based on requirements
- Unit test reports and confirm meet requirements
Own end-to-end report development lifecycle
- Requirements → Design→ Build → Test → Deploy
- Interact with functional product owners and stakeholders to ensure proper testing
- Support UAT and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Perform hypercare on deployed reports
Support multi-functional reporting domains
- Core HR (headcount, worker data, org structures)
- Talent Management (performance, goals, succession)
- Talent Acquisition (requisitions, pipeline, hires)
- Total Rewards (compensation, salary ranges, incentives)
