Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing hardware systems. Day-to-day tasks include circuit design, creating innovative hardware solutions, managing electronics hardware design for various projects, and ensuring reliable and effective performance of hardware components.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and test aerospace hardware prototypes from scratch
• Work on electric propulsion systems, BLDC motors, ESCs, and power electronics
• Design and fabricate lightweight structures using carbon fibre, aluminium, and advanced materials
• Integrate avionics, sensors, PCBs, and flight systems
• Work on helium airship systems, gas storage, and structural integration
• Rapidly troubleshoot and improve designs during testing cycles

What Were Looking For

• Strong hands-on hardware building experience
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and aerospace fundamentals
• Experience with fabrication, composites, machining, electronics, or propulsion systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced R&D environments
• Builder mindset you prefer creating solutions instead of waiting for them
