Hardware Engineer

We are hiring Hardware Engineers in Pune, onsite, FT position who has strong experience in embedded hardware architecture, high-speed interfaces, automotive compliance (AIS004/CISPR25), EMI/EMC, and system-level hardware design

Exp Range: 3-6 Years

Immediate joiners preferred

JD:

Design and develop high-performance embedded hardware platforms based on MCU/SoC architectures.

Work on DDR memory interfaces, UFS storage, SerDes, Ethernet, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).

Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis to ensure system robustness and reliability.

Design schematics using Altium Designer (or similar tools) and conduct detailed layout reviews.

Schematic design, Component selection

Design simulations, Calculations

Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure high-speed and automotive-grade PCB designs.

Good experience of working in power electronics, high speed interfaces and small signal designs.

String experience in meeting EMI/EMC compliance, AIS004, CSPR25 compliances

Conduct hardware validation, debugging, and bring-up testing for embedded hardware systems.

Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as AEC-Q and ISO 26262.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (software, system, validation, manufacturing) to deliver high-quality products.

Generate and maintain design documentation, test reports, and compliance records.

Ensure adherence to IATF16949, ASPICE, and ISO standards during design and development.

Awareness of functional safety ISO26262
