Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum height: 55
• Good communication & pleasing personality
• Experience in hospitality/front office preferred

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations within hospitality or luxury hotel industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Ensure excellent guest experience throughout their stay
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Maintain front office etiquette and hospitality standards
• Assist in VIP guest handling and customer relationship management
