Location: Mumbai

Role: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.

* Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.

* Ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the dining journey.

* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently.

* Coordinate with restaurant managers, captains, stewards, and kitchen teams.

* Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP guest relations.

* Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.

* Ensure reception and guest areas are well maintained at all times.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude.

* Experience in premium dining, fine dining, or hospitality preferred.

* Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.

* Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
