Guest Coordinator – Business (Money9 Platform)

We are looking for a well-networked and dynamic Guest Coordinator to support our Money9 platform by lining up high-profile business interviews and discussions.

The ideal candidate should have strong connections across the media, business, and influencer ecosystem, with the ability to onboard relevant and impactful voices for our shows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and coordinate business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts for interviews
• Leverage existing networks to onboard high-profile guests across sectors
• Manage end-to-end guest coordination, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Align guest availability with editorial timelines and show requirements

Key Requirements:

• Strong existing network within business and media ecosystem
• Prior experience in guest coordination, media relations, or similar roles
• Understanding of newsroom timelines and business content priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
