Role Overview:
It is an exciting time at AppZen, and we have a new opportunity for a Manager of Operations! This role will help drive critical cross-functional operations for collaboration, systems, processes, metrics and reporting, and operational efficiencies across the organization. You will be a part of the team serving as the connective tissue across the organization to ensure stakeholders can successfully execute integrated projects and operational plans between business units in alignment with AppZens strategic goals. This role will report to the Director of Operations. Specifically, the Operations Manager will manage Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations with a team of matrix-managed reports in Pune. You will drive operational excellence, implement and optimize programs and processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of business functions.
Responsibilities and Ownership:
Strategic Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead high-impact, cross-functional revenue programs that align HQ and regional teams around shared business outcomes.
Drive structured program management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, cadences, standups) to keep teams aligned, accountable, and moving forward.
Anticipate roadblocks and proactively surface risks, dependencies, and solutions to ensure forward momentum on critical initiatives.
Collaborate closely with HQ stakeholders to ensure cohesive prioritization, transparency, and strategic decision-making across global revenue operations. Communication & Executive Alignment
Serve as a trusted partner and liaison to HQ leadershipsynthesizing GTM insights, translating business priorities into operational plans, and communicating impact clearly.
Lead recurring touchpoints and standups to maintain strong communication loops between regional teams and global leadership.
Build narrative-driven reporting and storytelling that turns complex metrics into compelling insights and action plans.
Team Coaching & Revenue Operations Leadership:
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of RevOps professionals, with a strong focus on adaptability, stakeholder management, and analytical excellence.
Create career growth paths and deliver ongoing coaching to help team members become strategic operators in their own right.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountabilityensuring the team is both empowered and aligned.
Systems, Processes & Operational Scale:
Continuously improve end-to-end GTM systems and processes to enable scale, improve execution, and enhance collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Oversee the integration and optimization of the tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI tools), ensuring operational efficiency and reliable data integrity.
Ensure process documentation is up to date and leveraged as a source of truth across all functions.
Revenue Forecasting, Reporting & Insights:
Deliver timely, executive-ready insights through bespoke reporting and dashboards, helping drive strategic decision-making and accountability.
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles by leading data-informed modeling and target-setting discussions across global teams.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of previous operations experience in similar roles
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent preferred
5+ years experience in project management, analytical problem-solving capabilities, previous operational excellence experience, and a demonstrated track record of implementing operational improvements
Experience in fast-paced SaaS companies working with global teams
Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to drive a standard approach across multiple groups
Creative problem-solving, able to take a hands-on approach to building enablement solutions in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrated project management capability in a highly matrixed organization, including vendor contributions
Strategic Thinking:
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies
Leadership and Communication:
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Solid organizational skills and business acumen

Proven ability to drive results and meet or exceed targets and objectives.

Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the sales, marketing, customer success, and business operations functions
Experience working within SaaS technology companies
