GTM Growth Engineer Chennai, India | Full-time


About KNOW KNOW is a frontline operations SaaS platform used by restaurants, retail chains, and franchise operators to manage training, shifts, attendance, tasks, and audits. We're scaling our US go-to-market and need a dedicated person to build the systems that fuel our outbound pipeline.


What you'll own

  • Hunt down decision-makers at restaurant chains, retail franchises, and frontline-heavy businesses across the world: scrape websites, dig through directories, reverse-engineer org structures, whatever it takes to find the right person
  • Turn a raw list of company names into fully enriched, contact-ready leads using tools like Clay and Apollo: verified emails, LinkedIn profiles, job titles, the works
  • Build the automated pipeline that takes a lead from "just discovered" to "AE's inbox" with minimal manual steps
  • Dream up and ship creative ways to personalize outreach at scale. Figure out how to detect moments in a prospects life where KNOW makes the most sense and make them actionable
  • Use AI and LLMs creatively: auto-generate hyper-personalized first lines, summarize a prospect's recent activity, craft account briefs that make AEs sound like they've done hours of research
  • Set up and manage outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn using tools like Instantly or Smartlead
  • Keep our CRM clean and well-structured so the data your pipeline produces is actually usable
  • Track what's working: reply rates, pipeline generated, data quality, and iterate fast


What we're looking for

We care far more about creative tinkerers than we do about years on a CV. If you're the kind of person who sees a tedious manual process and immediately starts thinking about how to automate it, or who hacks together tools in ways they weren't designed for just to see if it works, you'll fit right in.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience, but the right mindset matters more than the number
  • Comfortable writing Python or JavaScript to scrape websites, call APIs, and automate repetitive tasks
  • Has used or is actively learning tools like Clay, Apollo, or similar
  • Understands how APIs work and can connect tools together without much hand-holding
  • Has built something independently, even a personal scraper, a small automation, or a workflow that saved someone time
  • No prior sales experience required, but you should be curious about what actually makes a sales team effective


What this is not This is not an SDR role. You won't be making calls or writing copy. You build the engine the sales team runs on.
