We design and operate:


Signal-driven outbound systems

Account orchestration layers

Authority infrastructure


This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and commercial execution.


Role Overview


We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build and operate AI-driven GTM systems across outbound, data enrichment, and workflow automation.


This is not a marketing role.


You will:


Design and maintain the underlying GTM stack that drives activation, tracking, and signal intelligence.


What Youll Do

1. GTM System Implementation

Set up and manage tools like Clay, Smartlead, Heyreach, Make, Pipedrive

Build outbound infrastructure across email + LinkedIn

Configure CRM pipelines and data flows

2. Data & Signal Workflows

Build enrichment workflows (ICP, accounts, contacts)

Track and structure signals (hiring, engagement, activity)

Maintain clean, usable datasets for outreach

3. Automation & Integrations

Build workflows in Make / n8n

Set up webhook-based tracking systems

Integrate outbound tools Sheets / CRM

4. Campaign Infrastructure

Launch and monitor outbound campaigns

Manage sequencing across channels

Track performance at account level

5. System Optimization

Improve deliverability, response rates, and targeting

Debug broken workflows and data issues

Continuously refine GTM system performance


What Were Looking For

Must-have:

Hands-on experience with:

Clay (or similar enrichment tools)

Smartlead / Lemlist / Reply

Make / Zapier / n8n

Strong understanding of outbound systems

Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and data flows

Comfort working with structured data (Sheets, CRM)

Good to have:

Experience in B2B SaaS or Industrial tech

Understanding of ICP, ABM, and multi-thread outreach
