BricknBolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders, Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.
Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.
Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Program Manager to drive end-to-end growth initiatives across digital channels. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales, design, content, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, growth funnels, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive growth initiatives across paid and organic digital channels
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Analyze funnel performance, user behavior, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with product and tech teams to improve landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, marketing spend, and campaign performance
- Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Manage agency/vendor relationships wherever applicable
- Ensure alignment between business goals and marketing execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 26 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Programs
- Strong understanding of paid marketing channels, attribution models, and marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Clevertap, WebEngage, or similar platforms
- Experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and funnel management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
