Growth Performance Marketer

Location: Bangalore (In-office)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Requirement: Candidate must bring their own laptop

Salary: 10 LPA + (based on role, performance, and responsibilities)

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.

• Manage and mentor a small team of marketers
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• Amazon Advertising
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
• Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver results
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media

• 3+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior team management experience is preferred
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience scaling campaigns with significant budgets
• Understanding of attribution models and funnel optimization
