The brief, in their words:
Were scaling from 675 to 2,000 people across five brands in two years. The systems, the culture, the hiring engine, the manager capability - none of it exists at the scale we need yet. Our foundation and culture is solid but we need a focused, high achieving operator to scale seamlessly.
Were looking for someone who has operated at a senior level inside a complex, fastmoving organization - and has spent a meaningful part of their career making hard calls about people, structure, and org design. This is a role for someone with a track record of 8 to 15 years - whos ready to own something consequential and build it properly.
Who you are
- Senior Operator (example - GM, VP Ops, Ex-VC, Ex-Founder / COO, Ex-CoS, or Exec-level generalist from a big tech or scaled consumer tech, or F&B business
- Youve owned org-level decisions: who to hire, how to structure teams, what to fix when performance breaks down, how to hold culture through rapid growth
- Youve managed at scale - not just people, but complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities across functions
- You use AI actively - not as a novelty, but as a real lever for staying lean and moving fast
- Credible with founders and with frontline teams - you dont need a title to get a rooms attention
- Sharp, direct, and somebody people actually bring their problems to

- Operationalize values, and turn culture into a competitive advantage, org wide
- Full people strategy - hiring, onboarding, retention, L&D, performance
- High-volume frontline hiring without compromising on fit
- Culture that respects the org maturity, and every growth stage that we cross
- Manager capability across brands and locations
- HR systems and people ops - clean, scalable, built to last
- The hard conversations - performance, conflict, exits - handled with honesty
