We're looking for a Performance / Growth Marketing Executive who thrives on optimizing campaigns, generating quality leads, and delivering measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Drive inbound and outbound lead generation
• Manage multi-country marketing campaigns
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
• Run email nurture campaigns and WhatsApp marketing
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to accelerate pipeline growth

Qualification

• 13 years of experience in Performance/Growth Marketing
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is highly preferred
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and email marketing tools
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and campaign execution skills
