Role: Growth Manager
We are looking for a Growth Manager who can drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving growth challenges through experimentation, analytics, partnerships, and customer understanding.
The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, data-driven, entrepreneurial, and excited about building in the fintech and investment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition
- Drive customer acquisition across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels
- Plan and execute growth campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and influencer ecosystems
- Optimize acquisition funnels and improve CAC-to-LTV efficiency
- Work closely with product and design teams to improve conversion rates across landing pages and app journeys
User Engagement & Retention
- Build lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and CRM tools
- Improve onboarding, activation, and repeat investment behavior
- Analyze user cohorts and identify drop-offs/opportunities for retention improvement
Partnerships & Community
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships with communities, startups, finance creators, wealth networks, and ecosystem players
- Help build investor communities and engagement initiatives around private markets and wealth creation
Analytics & Experimentation
- Track key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, activation, retention, and revenue contribution
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to continuously improve performance
- Build dashboards and insights to support decision-making
Brand & Content Collaboration
- Work with content and marketing teams on educational campaigns around private market investing
- Support brand positioning initiatives and investor storytelling
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Performance Marketing, Strategy, or Business Growth roles
- Experience in fintech, investing, consumer internet, SaaS, or startup ecosystems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with growth tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and funnel optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points
- Experience working in fintech, wealthtech, or investment platforms
- Familiarity with CRM automation and lifecycle tools
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital growth loops
- Experience scaling early-stage products or startups
