Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a D2C Revenue Owner who can take end-to-end responsibility for our website business (Shopify) driving revenue, profitability, and scalable growth.

This role is not limited to marketing.

You will own the entire revenue engine, connecting:

Category Creative Performance Conversion Retention

You will operate like a mini-CEO for the D2C channel, with full accountability for outcomes.


What you Own

1. D2C Revenue & P&L Ownership

  • Own complete D2C (Shopify) business performance
  • Drive:
  • Revenue growth
  • Contribution margins
  • Profitability
  • Track:
  • CAC, ROAS, MER
  • LTV, repeat rate
  • Channel contribution

  • 2. Category & SKU Strategy

    • Analyse category-level and SKU-level performance
    • Identify:
    • Hero products
    • Growth opportunities
    • Underperforming SKUs
    • Decide:
    • What to scale
    • What to optimize
    • What to discontinue
    • Drive:
    • Pricing strategy
    • Bundling
    • Offers & merchandising


    3. Creative Strategy & Planning (MOST CRITICAL)

    • Translate revenue goals into:
    • Weekly / monthly creative requirements
    • Decide:
    • How many creatives per category
    • Which formats (UGC, static, video, hooks)
    • Build and own:
    • Creative testing roadmap
    • Creative scaling engine

    This is the core lever of growth

    4. Performance Marketing Alignment

    • Work closely with performance team to:
    • Allocate budgets
    • Scale winning campaigns
    • Improve ROAS & efficiency
    • Ensure tight loop between:
    • Creative Spend Conversion Revenue

    5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    • Improve:
    • Conversion rate (CVR)
    • Average Order Value (AOV)
    • Optimize:
    • Landing pages
    • PDPs
    • Checkout flows

    6. Retention & Lifecycle Growth

    • Drive:
    • Repeat purchases
    • Customer lifetime value
    • Build:
    • Email / WhatsApp / CRM journeys
    • Reduce:
    • Drop-offs across funnel

    7. Data & Decision Systems

    • Build dashboards tracking:
    • Revenue, ROAS, MER
    • Category performance
    • SKU contribution
    • Use data to:
    • Scale winners
    • Kill inefficiencies quickly


    What Were Looking For


    • Proven experience in D2C / Shopify-led brands
    • Strong ownership of revenue or P&L
    • Ability to connect:
    • Revenue Category Creative Performance
    • Hands-on experience with:
    • Meta Ads, Google Ads
    • Creative testing & scaling
    • CRO & funnel optimization
    • Strong decision-making ability (not just execution)
