Were live in early beta and hiring a founding intern to join our team in Bangalore.

Role Description (Founding Intern - in person - Bangalore HQ)

Setup a product funnel from scratch identify the right metrics at each step of the user journey from onboarding to product usage/retention.

Use AI tools to auto-report metrics across the funnel

Track and identify opportunities for improvement at every step, especially in onboarding in the early days. Your suggestions will directly feed into product strategy, design and UX improvements.

Run early experiments in monetization.

Experiment how to improve the product that can directly feed into fixes and even major product enhancements.

Be curious and track the latest tools and ideas in growth/marketing/SEO/GEO. This is an essential part of the daily job and a base expectation.

Collaborate directly with the decision maker

What success looks like

By the end of this role, you should be able to:

• Show how you improved at least one key metric (e.g. activation, retention, or conversion)
• Demonstrate experiments you ran and what you learned from them
• Build and maintain a basic growth dashboard/funnel
• Influence at least 10 product, design or UX decision using data

Who is this for

• Final-year or pre-final-year student (any discipline)
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow (not just for search, but for analysis, automation, or building)
• Curious about how users behave especially in areas like money, credit cards, and rewards
• Interested in how people discover products (communities, content, SEO, social, etc.)
• Based in Bangalore and available to work in-person with the team

Bonus:

• Youve built or shipped something outside of class (project, tool, community, etc.)
• Youve tried growing something even a small page, project, or audience
