Reports to: Head of Growth & Ecosystem

We are building a retention-led gaming ecosystem and are launching a small Growth Intelligence Cell.

This is not a generic marketing internship.

This is for sharp thinkers who want exposure to:

• Gaming GTM strategy
• Creator ecosystems
• Creative benchmarking
• Retention-driven growth
• Market intelligence

You will work directly under the growth leadership team and contribute to real strategic decisions.

This internship is focused on research, intelligence, and strategic insights, not execution.

You will help us answer questions like:

• What makes top gaming ads convert?
• How do successful PvP ecosystems structure community?
• What retention benchmarks should we target?
• Which creators actually drive gameplay depth?
• How should we structure events and tournaments?
• What are competitors doing that works?

You will build intelligence.

Study platform trends, posting patterns, engagement quality, gaming hooks.

Break down top-performing gaming ads, UGC formats, hook analysis.

Study positioning, tone, creator storytelling frameworks.

Study retention benchmarks, genre trends, competitor breakdowns.

Benchmark tournaments, engagement loops, gaming community structures.

Identify creators, communities, and partnership opportunities.
