Flickit is a fast-growing sports-tech D2C startup on a mission to build Indias largest grassroots football ecosystem for kids and young athletes.
We combine smart football products, training content, and on-ground experiences to help players improve, parents stay involved, and coaches build impactful academies.
About Flickit Olympiad
The Flickit Olympiad is a first-of-its-kind grassroots football competition designed for kids to learn, compete, and track their progress through structured skill-based challenges.
It combines on-ground trials with data-driven performance insights, helping players understand their strengths, improve consistently, and benchmark themselves against peers across the city.
Our goal is to make football development measurable, engaging, and accessible at scale starting with Bangalore.

Your Mission
Drive participation, partnerships, and community growth for the Flickit Olympiad, while building a strong football ecosystem across Bangalore.
What Youll Do
Growth & Partnerships
Build and manage partnerships with schools, football academies, and coaches
Pitch and onboard institutions for the Flickit Olympiad
Identify and unlock new growth channels across Bangalore
Drive registrations and participation at scale
Community Building & Engagement
Manage and grow communities across WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and offline groups
Build a high-trust, engaging ecosystem for parents, players, and coaches
Onboard and nurture new members into the community
On-Ground Execution
Plan and execute weekend football activities: trials, challenges, meetups, and events
Represent Flickit at schools, turfs, and academies
Interact directly with players, parents, and coaches
Content & Growth Support
Capture real moments from events for content & storytelling
Drive community-led content: reels, stories, challenges, shoutouts
Work closely with marketing to amplify campaigns
Insights & Feedback
Track engagement, participation, and retention metrics
Collect feedback from parents, coaches, and players and share insights with product & growth teams
Continuously experiment with new engagement ideas
Who Were Looking For
25 years experience in Growth / Partnerships / Business Development / Community / Sales
Strong interest in sports (football is a big plus )
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Highly energetic, self-driven, and comfortable with on-ground hustle
Ability to own targets and deliver results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
