Role Description The Group CFO is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operations of Oraiyan Groups and its business units. This role includes managing financial planning and budgeting, supervising financial reporting and statutory compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. The Group CFO will monitor cash flow, capital allocation, and investment decisions, while providing analytical insights to support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading the finance team, implementing internal controls, coordinating audits, managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, and supporting senior leadership with data-driven recommendations. The role also includes developing financial policies, assessing business risks, and contributing to long-term growth plans aligned with the companys real estate portfolio.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Finance, including Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, with a track record of managing complex organizational finances.
Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support strategic decision-making.
Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership roles, preferably within real estate, construction, or related asset-heavy industries.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, establish robust internal controls, and drive process improvements.
Strong knowledge of taxation, audit processes, and local regulatory frameworks relevant to real estate operations in India.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and external financial partners.
