Job Title: Graphic & Web Designer

Experience Required: Junior (13 Years)

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Conceptualize and create engaging visuals, including images and videos, for social media, websites, emailers, Google ads, and other digital platforms.
Design creative assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, Corel VideoStudio, and related software.
Create, edit, and optimize graphics and multimedia content across multiple media platforms.
Study design briefs, understand project requirements, and deliver creative solutions accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop final creatives and campaign assets.
Make revisions and edits to designs/videos based on feedback and project requirements.
Test graphics and creatives across different platforms and devices to ensure quality and consistency.
Manage website updates and webpage modifications as required.
Handle basic website design changes and content updates efficiently.
Work on WordPress websites; WordPress knowledge is mandatory.

Required Skills

Strong graphic designing and video editing skills.
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, etc.
Good understanding of website layouts, webpage editing, and design aesthetics.
Ability to manage and update WordPress websites.
Understanding of responsive and cross-platform design compatibility.
