Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can work closely with engineering, pre-sales, and leadership teams to transform technical concepts into powerful visual communication assets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling, and can simplify complex ideas into engaging, high-quality visuals.

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a design professional with strong experience in visual communication, technical design, and multimedia storytelling, preferably in engineering or technology-driven environments.

If you are passionate about creating impactful B2B visuals and enjoy working with technical teams, this role is for you.

Your Key Impact at UTTHUNGA:

Own and evolve UTTHUNGAs visual brand language across digital, print, and campaign assets.

Design high-quality creatives for LinkedIn campaigns, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and paid ads.

Convert complex engineering and technical concepts into clear visuals such as diagrams, infographics, case studies, whitepapers, and pitch decks.

Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, engineering, and leadership teams to support solution storytelling.

Create motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated content for marketing and corporate communication.

Work on UI/UX design support for landing pages and digital experiences in collaboration with developers.

Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and high visual standards across all deliverables.

Develop reusable templates, motion assets, and design systems for scalability and efficiency.

Skills & Expertise Required:

Strong UI/UX and visual communication skills.

Expertise in information design, infographics, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Strong ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into visuals.

Experience in storyboarding and visual storytelling.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Tools & Software:

Must Have:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

PowerPoint (Advanced)

After Effects

Premiere Pro

Good to Have:

Figma

Visio / Draw.io or similar diagramming tools

Basic understanding of engineering drawings or CAD

Basic 3D tools (optional)

Qualification & Experience:

27 years of experience in visual communication, technical design, or multimedia design.

Experience in engineering, IT services, or industrial domains preferred.

Experience supporting pre-sales or solution teams is a strong advantage.

Degree in Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia preferred.
