Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design, typography, and color, along with the ability to create impactful visual concepts. Experience in packaging design (flexible packaging and cartons) will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative artworks for packaging (flexible packaging, cartons, labels, etc.).
• Create graphics, layouts, and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Prepare print-ready files in line with production and packaging requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to understand design briefs and deliver as per specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, quality standards, and printing requirements.
• Revise and update designs based on internal and client feedback.
• Maintain and organize design files and artwork archives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of color separation, typography, layout design, and pre-press processes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in packaging design, preferably in flexible packaging and carton industry.
• Familiarity with printing processes (flexo, gravure, offset) will be an added advantage.
