Graphic Designer

The Vibe: We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate complex ideas into "clean, premium, and high-signal" visual identities. You dont just make things look pretty; you build visual systems that command authority and communicate professionalism.

We need someone who understands the "quiet luxury" of designwhere every pixel is intentional, and the typography does the heavy lifting.

• Visual Identity: Create and maintain a sophisticated brand language across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Asset Creation: Design high-performance pitch decks, whitepapers, social media carousels, and website assets that feel modern and elite.
• Minimalist Aesthetic: Focus on "less is more." You should be a master of white space, grid systems, and refined color palettes.
• Collaboration: Partner with the content and recruitment teams to turn data and strategies into digestible, aesthetic infographics.
• Brand Evolution: Proactively suggest ways to elevate our visual presence so we stay ahead of industry design trends.
  

• The Big Three: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Modern Prototyping: Proficiency in Figma or Canva for collaborative and scalable design systems.
• Typography Obsession: A deep understanding of font pairing, kerning, and hierarchy.
• Production Knowledge: Understanding of print specs, digital compression, and aspect ratios for various platforms.
  

• Detail-Oriented: You notice if an icon is 2px off-center, and it bothers you.
• Trend-Aware: You follow design studios and artists who are pushing the boundaries of "modern professional" aesthetics.
• Articulate: You can explain why a design works, moving beyond "I just liked how it looked" to "This creates the right psychological impact."
