Job Summary


Were looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who can create high-converting creatives across Website Offers, Meta Ads, CRM, digital marketing & ecommerce Channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Design daily performance ad creatives (Static + GIF) for paid media campaigns

Convert marketing briefs for multiple creative variations for A/B testing

Create high-impact visuals focused on CTR, conversion and engagement.

Create and improve high-impact visuals for website & Tech such as Banners, thumbnails, GIF and more.

Create visually engaging CRM creatives such as Emailer, WhatsApp, RCS and Push notifications.

Adapt brand-based assets into the e-commerce channel, Marketplace and Partnership creatives for high engagement and conversion.

Work closely with performance marketers to understand what's working and iterate quickly.

Maintain design quality while working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Support additional creative needs such as offline print assets, Landing page assets.

Support and participate in: o Product shoots o Model shoots o Creative direction & mood boarding o Basic camera and lighting setup assistance

Strong sense of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.

Strong understanding and knowledge of AI for better visual outcomes.

Should have a strong awareness of what is trending in the market and implementations according to it.

Understanding of performance-focused and conversion-driven creatives

Understanding of performance marketing basics (ads, CTR, hooks, testing mindset)

Proficiency in:

o Photoshop

o Illustrator

o Figma

o After Effects/Premiere Pro (preferred)


Qualifications & Experience:

23 years experience in D2C, ecommerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands

Experience with CRM and performance marketing creatives

Basic understanding of photography/camera work is a strong plus

Fast execution, attention to detail, and trend awareness

Bonus if :

  • Experience in reels/video editing
  • Shoot assistance or creative production experience
  • Understanding of e-commerce consumer behavior
