About the Role

Were looking for a creative, fast-moving, and strategic Graphic Designer to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who doesnt just design but thinks, understands branding, and knows how to translate ideas into clean, modern visuals for digital platforms.

iGroup Solutions is a Digital Marketing Agency based in the GCC that helps companies build their online presence from Website Development to Social Media.

Youll be designing for both iGroup Solutions and our clients across multiple industries, including B2B, Construction, Real Estate, FMCG, and Retail.

Compensation and Growth

Starting Salary:

30,000 per month

What Youll Do:

• Create Website Designs as required.
• Create social media content, infographics, banners, brochures, ads, and website imagery.
• Contribute to brand guideline creation and help build our internal design system.
• Work closely with the digital marketer for creative direction and approvals.
• Branding Service for clients
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all visuals.
• Prepare designs for both digital and print.
• Collaborate on layout, typography, brand identity, and campaign aesthetics.
• Use and leverage AI image-generation tools to speed up and enhance the creative process.

Required Skills:

• Figma (mandatory).
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Canva.
• After Effects (basic knowledge is enough; motion graphics is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily outputs.
• Must be organised.

AI Skills:

You must be familiar with AI creative tools such as:

• Freepik
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Any AI tools that improve design workflows

This is important because we value designers who work efficiently, adapt to new tools, and push boundaries in creative production.
